High Purity High Pressure Gas Diaphragm Compressors
A diaphragm compressor is a type of compressor that uses flexible membranes, or diaphragms, to compress a gas. The diaphragms move in and out, causing the gas to be compressed and then expelled through the outlet port. These diaphragm compressors are often used in applications where high purity gases are required, such as in the medical or semiconductor industries. Due to their design, diaphragm compressors are less likely to contaminate the gas being compressed, making them a popular choice for these industries.
Minwen's diaphragm compressors designed and manufactured by our factory are divided into four categories: V, Z, D and L, totally 26 Series and nearly 900 products. The maximum volume flow rate of a single machine is 3000nm3/h, the maximum pressure design range is 100MPa, the maximum piston force is 250kN, and the maximum driving power is 450KW.
