Audited Supplier The refrigerator truck body box is consists of insulation panels, truck subframe, side doors, rear doors, and other optional configurations.It is designed and customized according to customers' requirements, size specifications, configuration requirements, and truck chassis parameters.
The insulated Panels of the truck body use high-density XPS or PU as the core material, double sided white high-quality FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Polyester) panels, use auto glue machine to dispense the polyurethane glue, use advanced pressure composite molding technology. The surface of the panel is smooth, the insulation layer has uniform density, high strength, and excellent insulation performance.
Under the truck body, it is equipped with a high-strength load-bearing subframe, which is overall welded into a frame structure.The surface is sprayed with black anti rust paint. The outside of the truck body are decorated with special aluminum alloy profiles.
The floor of the truck body use stainless steel patterned panels, the material can be changed to aluminum patterned panels, aluminum ventilation slot panels and FRP patterned panels according to customers' requirement.
