The low temperature freezer truck body is suitable for the storage and transportation of low-temperature products, such as ice cream, cream, etc. After refrigeration, the inner temperature of the truck body can reach -35 ºC or below, there are some cold storage bar (holdover plate ) on the ceiling, they accumulate the cold to maintain a long time low-temperature state for the truck and meet the requirement of transportation. It is electricity-driven refrigeration, the refrigeration unit doesn't work during the transportation. No need for fuel, energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
The refrigerated truck body is consists of insulation panels, truck subframe, side doors, rear doors, refrigeration units and other optional configurations. It is designed and customized according to customers' requirements, size specifications, configuration requirements, and truck chassis parameters.
Under the truck body, it is equipped with a high-strength load-bearing subframe, which is overall welded into a frame structure.The surface is sprayed with black anti rust paint. The exterior of the truck body is assembled, fixed, and decorated with specialized aluminum profiles.The standard floor of the truck body is ventilation slot aluminum panels.
The insulated Panels of the truck body adopt high-density PU as the core material, double sided white high-quality FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Polyester) panels, use auto glue machine to dispense the polyurethane glue, use advanced pressure composite molding technology. The insulation core material is thicker than the regular refrigerated truck, the insulation performance is excellent after special technology process, The panel is flat, high strength. The color can be customized for quantity production.
