High pressure mobile CO2/ oxygen/ nitrogen/ argon gas filling skids
Minwen's Skid-mounted Gas Cylinder Filling Station integrates the high pressure cryogenic pump and vaporizer, pipelines, valves and all connections. So, customers receive ready-to-use cylinder filling skids designed for automatic startup/ shutoff.

Installation Instructions
The liquid oxygen/ Nitrogen/ Argon are stored in the cryogenic tanks with max. working pressure 1.6MPa.
During the filling, LOX/ LIN/ LAr will be sucked from the storage tanks by the cryogenic pump.
The pump's inlet pressure is the working pressure of the cryogenic tank, pump outlet pressure 165bar to 700bar (16.5MPa to 70MPa).
The LOX/ LIN/ LAr will be soon pumped into the ambient vaporizer, then heated by the air and converted to high pressure gaseous O2/ N2/ Ar. Subsequently, these industrial gases will be filled to the gas cylinders through the pipelines.
With the skid-mounted type filling stations, all the equipment will be installed in one or two skids.
